Yes, all our team work outdoors, no entrance to your property is ever required, we are socially distanced at all times and will wear a mask in an indoor situation. All our team are double jabbed too.

Q – Is there really nothing to pay upfront?

No, there is nothing to pay upfront and you won’t pay a penny until you are happy with your new driveway or patio. This is the Direct Driveways price promise.

Q – What’s the average time to completion of a driveway or patio?

Well that depends on the size of the work we have to undertake, usually block paving and tarmac driveways of an average 2 car driveway will take around 3-4 days, but if you are looking at a larger area, we will give you an idea of time along with your quote.

Q – Will You Remove Your Rubbish?

Of course, we never use skips, we remove the old driveway or patio flags if you require it and dispose of it ethically the correct way in the recycling areas pertaining to Oxfordshire council’s rules and regulations.

Q – Do You Provide After Care?

Yes, we are a local Banbury paving contractors company, if you require a follow up or have a concern, please call us at any time and a member of our team will come to check over anything. Your driveway or patio is guaranteed up to 5yrs.

Q – Do I Have To Treat My New Driveway or Patio?

Yes, if you choose resin or tarmac you will need a few days for this to settle, we will cordon off the area around the driveway or patio and usually 2-3 days is required. We will give you instructions on what to do after we have completed the work.

Q – Can You Explain Your Guarantee?

Our driveways and patios are guaranteed for 5 years for labour and materials.
